There's a trick to the archers that makes them easy.

Start with their right arm, the bent one that's pulling back the arrow, glue it and let it set. Then, come back and glue the other arm afterward. They go like a breeze.

After they're glued, dip them in hot water or hit them with a heat gun and the pressure of the glued positions will straighten the arrows out naturally.

That's bonus! I started with the left arm, and it wasn't so bad. I'll try the right arm on my next core or the expansion pack, depending on which I get first.
