Does it surprise anybody else that we haven't seen a release article for the expansions that are supposed to be releasing today yet?

Has anybody picked up the expansions from their FLGS yet?

I haven't picked them up, but the FLGS store manager commented on the Runewars Colorado FB page that he has both infantry upgrades, archers, and Oathsworn in stock for sale today.

We got everything here in SA

I got them here in Utah.

Orlando has them!

I'll be picking mine up today in southeastern PA.

They're up now. Doesn't look like there's anything new in the articles.

People have posted the upgrades in the two command packs. What are all of the upgrades in the Cavalry and Archer packs?

They only come with the five upgrades that were spoiled in their preview articles.

I was just going to pick up the two Infantry Unit Upgrades to start with...but now...I...can't...resist!

I'm telling you guys they watch these forums. First the price drop after complaints, then the essentials pack announced after complaints, now we get not 1 but 4 (!!!) articles in response to complaints hahahaha.

Hey FFG, I'm sad that you don't ship me early game stuff to put up on the wiki!!! Send me elves or I riot!!

Expansion packs were originally $30, but they all dropped to $25.

Oh I'm picking up 2 expansions tomorrow, and a couple paints.

I got one of each of the Infantry Command packs last night and snapped all of the models together to take a look at them. I really love the way they did the Daqan wizard model. He's detailed and interesting looking but it's all big detail.

Got the 2 command infantry upgrade packs yesterday, even though I only have 1 core, the plan is to get the second core in a month or so.

glued them up in like 5 minutes, all fit together beautifully.

The waquir if you do the worm in a 6 tray group and also play a 4 tray infantry. Using the 4 unit upgrades you could do this with 2 cores right. 8 reanimate trays, 1 worm tray, and 1 unit upgrade tray.

So you're saying 2 units of 2x3 Reanimates. Each unit has a Support Carrion Lancer and another tray composed completely of figure upgrades, right? Unfortunately, that won't work because both the mage and the champion figures are Champion upgrades; they occupy the same slot. So you'll end up with a tray that only has 3 figures in it and you'll be short one Reanimates figure. It's close, though.

Dang, no I was thinking one 6 tray unit with a worm. And 1 4 tray unit. With the 4 unit upgrades spread amongst the two units. 10 trays total.

i bought the 2 command units and some extra horsemen. I couldn't bring myself to glue the bowmen together again ahaha... those things were a nightmare. I love the thought of more bowmen, just not a night of supergluing fragile little arms in sockets that don't fit. BTW the command units go together beautifully. So nice.

I'm going to be getting the Archers, but like you, I'm dreading the assembly.

I haven't even painted my core archers yet, I'm that damaged after assembling them...

I'm in the same boat. I'll pick up my second core as soon as I finish painting and assembling my first core and my infantry unit upgrades. But man, getting them done in 5 minutes?! I guess I'm spending way too long trimming flash and mold lines. It's just that once I get it trimmed up the way I like, I the little mold lines now look big, and I can't leave them alone. I really need to chill out on the X-acto knife to move things along at a swifter pace.

Interesting. They weren't too bad for me. I will have to straighten some of the arrows with hot water, but overall I was pleased with how they glued together. Only glued my fingers together twice, but not so much that I couldn't pry them apart.
