So... how exactly does flyer work?
Say I have flyer(6), does that mean my half move rate is 6m, or my full move rate?
Do I move 9m or 18m when I charge? Can I run 18m or 36m?

Flyer (6) is the equivalent of an agility bonus of 6 in calculating ground movement, except you can fly.
