On of the things I like is the Player's reference sheet. Has anyone created a revised sheet that includes all the current units for a nation in one location? The only other thing that would be helpful is the effects of dmage located in the reference sheet as well. Being new to the game we use the reference sheet all the time.

Like all of UniversalHead's stuff it's topnotch in both layout and style, and includes a lot of information to boot. However, I'm not 100% sure it's what you're looking for - it's big at seven pages long.
You might be able to pick and choose certain pages, have an over-sized sheet printed front-to-back and then laminated (to make it stiffer and easier to flip around while gaming). I did the same thing with his Tannhauser game aid and it worked out well.
One note, this PDF doesn't include any units or rules from the Normandy expansion, though it does have everything from Days of the Fox.
