I think he could at least have said something to justify his absence. He lost that opportunity, as well as the one before it, when he merely commented that he had missed so much (which you commented on). Therefore I feel that opportunities enough have gone by. If he provides a satisfactory response in the remaining time, such that it convinces me of the validity of his absence, then I shall perhaps change my vote.

As to who I would have voted instead of Tirion to distract voters had I been rebel scum? At the moment there is none who come close. However I could have voted for CNinja, given that at one time he had the most votes, and many people were jumping on that band wagon. Indeed, I too was tempted to vote him, yet I believed that he might be innocent. And then, of course, Tirion was suspiciously absent, hence my dithering until now.

Should it turn out that Tirion is innocent, and was merely distracted by real life as Brobafett was, then I shall rue the loss of a loyal Imperial (assuming he gets lynched of course). However until then he has much to answer for and has avoided doing to.

I see the point of Gink about not putting Tirion at L-1 to don't help rebels but Nobody is right too about waiting. If we don't vote him until he defend himself, he doesn't need to defend himself. Of course we can then vote later but the time differences could help him so...

I will say what I am going to do:

I have no really idea who can be a rebel traitor. Well, I have: 2-3 of you are. Unless I am wrong the day will catch me sleeping so I will vote in 5 hours. If nothing changes until then, my vote will go to Tirion.

Well...... All I can really say is that if not paying a lot of attention while at work or in the middle of the night since I'm West coast is a sign of being a rebel than I'm going to look very suspicious this whole game. Went to bed with 2 votes woke up to 5 and I'm being told better defend yourself. sorry it's only 8ish on a Saturday morning.

Also since my vote is apparently one of the things that has made me suspicious I only voted for cninja since he was going after someone that hadn't posted much/at all yet when for all I knew that poster was also West coast and it was the middle of the work day.

In conclusion I can happily change my vote to a more reasonable one. But lynch mobbing a player cause they are in a different time zone isn't a sound strategy.

@Tirion , do you want to claim your role in defence? If you are imperial then at least it gives us information. If you are rebel then you can always claim a powerrole for the lols.

All I have to say to this is suspiciously absent in the middle of the work day is a crazy stance for a crazy rebel.

14 of those 19 hours were either asleep or at work. Sorry my five hours not doing one of those two things weren't spent talking to you crazy rebel. Of coarse I'm an imp for the same reason I was defending who ever i was defending yesterday.

So here's the thing.

1) If you're loyal and in some role that's not worth the gamble of killing, I might reconsider my vote--which is, let's be honest here, basically cast for you but suspended because I inexplicably trust people with British Imperial accents and spelling.

2) If you're loyal but can't claim such a role, the risk vs reward calculus changes because you're basically as expendable as Mauler Mithel, so killing you with the possibility that you're actually a filthy traitor is worth the risk.

3) If you're rebel, you should tell us so we can just lynch you and move on.

Also by the logic of the people on this tribunal there are a number of people that haven't posted in 14+ hours so the are obviously all rebels.

How am I giving nothing? I've said everything there is too say outside of my designation and now that you've brought that up this early the Rebels can fake theirs late game.

You claim I've said nothing to overturn the accusations let's take a look.

The accusations are:

1. I was late to the game.

I have since clearly and repeatedly stated why. Also there are others that have been MIA but that doesn't matter.

2. I was quick to defend someone whom I felt may have been busy as I had been. Then voted for the ridiculous finger pointer . While staying the obvious that the less important people may have this list on their priority list of they are busy.

To be honest this being a reason to kill someone is insane.

As I see it these are the main accusations baseless and apply to others as well, o and that I was confused by someone's post..... Again insane..... I was even told to claim my allegiance, which I have also done. But here we are claiming I haven't given anything.
