I don't think I can post often enough or participate in the discussions enough to make it count, at least not for another 3 weeks.

Tempted to sign up - I do forum mafia quite a bit in another forum.

Couple of operational questions:

Do the Rebel scum get a Google doc to plan in?

Do players submit orders to the GM in a PM?

Are PMs between players in the game?

Rebel Scum will get a **super secret** way to communicate with one another. Which may in fact resemble a google document.

If you have a night action, you would submit it via PM. Your role PM will make it very clear what (if anything) you can do at night.

No Out of Thread communication unless you are explicitly allowed it by your role.

@BiggsIRL Last question - what is the pacing? 24 hour Day/Night cycles? Longer? Shorter? It matters because I'm not always able to be on.

48 hour days, 24 hour nights. Should be enough time without being toooooo long.

Since I'm not particularly suspicious of anyone, I'll start the conversation by ##vote NobodyInParticular. (Editor's note: this is mostly just a coincidence of names and ironic multiple meanings. On D1, however, it's as good a place as any to start!)

Also, just a Meta note - the best way to find the Rebel scum is to start talking. We have no idea if we have any scanning roles (Cops, in traditional Mafia nomenclature), and...actually, we have no idea of any role distribution at all. We could all be vanilla (roleless) villagers and vanilla Mafia Rebels. In any case, talking and finding out patterns between different groups of people - who defends whom, who votes for whom, who tries to cast suspicion on another player without voting for them, and a whole host of more subtle innuendoes - is the quickest way to purging our loyal Imperial ranks of the vile, filthy rebels.

Also, a recommendation - you don't have to follow it, but I like it - if you vote on somebody, mention them in the post @NobodyInParticular

That way, nobody misses if they've gotten voted on.

Hey Onidsen, haven't seen you around much but glad you saw this and decided to hop in! Always good to meet other Armada players and hopefully loyal citizens of the Empire haha. Unlike you I am a relatively new cadet when it comes to mafia. Played a couple of times, but definitely never on the internet. Should be a good time.

Since we have time and plenty of opportunities for all of us to get to know each other ill hold off before I cast my vote along the lines of either of the suggestions so far.

Attacking the experienced players is a scumtell. They are the most dangerous to rebel scum and it would be extremelly foolish to target an experiemced player blindly if imp.
