One, maybe silly question.

This support have zero cost but also have two faction symbols.

Can I play this card for free (cost) or I should drain domain with at least Cthulhu resources (steadfast)?

If second option is true, can I play Sword and other card with cost = 2, after draining domain with two resources?

I've found this in FAQ - if cost is zero only possesing enough resources is needed. No drain is necessary.
