Hi, this is my first Topic and my first list, I always liked playing with the empire.

VESSERY 35
VET. INST. 1
TIE MKII 1
TRACTOR BEAM 2
TIE/D 0
=38 PTS

BACKDRAFT 27
SNAPT SHOT 2
SPECIAL OPS TR. 0
FIRE CONTROL SYSTEM 2
SENSOR CLUSTER 2
LIGHT. FRAME 2
=35 PTS

PURE SABBAC 22
PUSH TO LIMIT 3
TIE MKII 1
ADAPTATIVE AIR, 0
= 26 PTS

Thank you for your suggestion.

Welcome to the game, and the forums.

Take VI off Vessery, use Adaptability or something else entirely. You want Backdraft to shoot first, so the TL from FCS is available to support Vessery's pilot ability. Sometimes Snap Shot will do it for you, but not every time. Snap Shot is most effective on low PS. Use it if you want, but on Backdraft (or any other PS7+) it won't trigger as much as you want it to.

Push the Limit is a poor choice on a TIE Striker. Stress shuts down Adaptive Ailerons. That makes the Striker predictable, and predictable is how the Striker gets dead. For three points on a Striker, Predator is a solid choice, or take a cheaper EPT to free up points for your other ships.

Aloha

I'd suggest a few changes,less fancy but more reliable. One good thing most players forget is how flexible 3 pilots with same PS can be, as you activate them in any order you have more control over bumps.

Your squad could embrace this idea by using adaptability on Backdraft and VI on Sabacc (you really want to have that extra die) and Vessery.

By doing that you have few points to spare for a Hull upgrade on Vessery and some init bid to make sure Sabback shoots first.

have fun!

TL = target lock

FCS = Fire Control Systems

EPT = Elite Pilot Talent
