Errata cards for FAQ 4.4.1

By Vellcrow, in X-Wing

I made some errata cards updated to FAQ 4.3.2 4.3.3 4.4.0 4.4.1 using Strange Eons, for those that prefer the FFG-like style it gives. None of the artwork is mine, and not to step on Citruscannon's work, I did not use any of the art from his errata cards, it all came from the X-Wing cards directly. Full credit goes to the original artists, FFG, and the creators of Strange Eons and the X-Wing plug-in.

I did not upload the backs, I just print these off one-sided and slip them into the card sleeves over the old card front. Please let me know of any errors. Enjoy!

PDFs are now linked in a post below.

The text is directly from the FAQ, I did not compare them to Citruscannon's cards. I made them to look like FFG cards, while he went with a different appearance using his own style.

Plus, I did not see if he offered updated versions of Manaroo and Wampa.

How is this not sticky? ^_^

I don't know how to make it sticky...

I am working on providing fronts and backs for those that want a complete card.

If ffg won't print them then they should allow these cards as proxies. Have to prove you have the original or the tournament nazi's will scream foul. Otherwise this needs done so the faq becomes a fix list not the "real" rulebook it's turning into.

Nice work btw ?

Technical you are free to use card sleeves and put those cards in front of the original ones. :)

I know a lot of people are very particular about keeping their cards pristine, but barring that, a fair solution is to print the "fixed" cards onto labels, then stick them onto the backs of the official FFG card. Now you have a double sided card, the original, with the errata on the reverse side.

That is what I consider the best use for these cards, it's exactly how I use them. I printed them on photo paper, so they are a little thinner than the cards, and they fit into the sleeves nicely.

I would like to see a PDF released by FFG, but since we have Strange Eons, it's not much of a problem to make these based on the FAQ.

I just finished putting all my upgrade cards into sleeves... it took me most of a day... I'm gonna have to print these out and put these in the correct sleeves now... goddammit...

Fantastic work though :D

How dare you to taint the pristineness of those innocent cards.
Now for real, I totally oppose the idea to glue anything to those cards, I can't bring it even over me to cut a range ruler into two parts to get a R1 and R2 ruler, because it would violate the cardboard in horrible ways. ;-)

Another non-invasive way to deal with the issue is to use those wonderful ultimate guard pages which combine a american standard pocket with several american mini size pockets. That is perfect to bring a ship together with its upgrade cards to a tournament and you can easily add errata cards again to your set.

Don't know what happened. Fixed now.

New cards as of FAQ 4.4.0

This is fantastic! Thanks

Would it be at all possible to get the full cards with multiple cards per page? (Like the Card Fronts file) Would save on printing costs :)

Also, would it be possible to get the upgrade cards/pilot cards in separate documents. My friends and I all share a big collection, so being able to print 4 x Upgrade cards to fit in sleeves in front of the original cards without wasting room on the two pilot cards. (Not necessary depending on how much effort it would take as I don't think it would actually reduce page limit when i think about it :) But could be useful to someone!)

Otherwise, god **** amazing work! Thank you!
