No, you spend for one effect per focus token.

Same with Calculations EPT doesnt let you change other eyeballs to hits - it only changes one eyeball to crit.

Now to be clear you can spend a Focus token on multiple effects but each effect requires its own token.

But each effect only once. No matter how many focus tokens you have, Sensor Cluster only changes one blank and Calculation can only get you one crit.
