I would change Vader's Pilot ability to be,
"During the perform action's step of your activation phase, you may perform 2 actions. You may equip 2 modifications to your ship instead of 1."

I do understand the theme behind Lando's current ability. He was the squadron leader during the attack through the Deathstar II's 'trench', so he has a leadership ability that pairs well with his copilot Nien Numb. It's just a bit meh for such a cool character.
This new ability, much like his crew version, focuses on Lando's gambler nature giving a 6/8 chance of being able to perform 2+ actions per turn, brilliant! As with all gambles though there's a chance you lose out, getting no actions at all. Obviously this pairs well with the old MF title and engine upgrade to add more actions to your action bar. Recon is also great to grab you multiple focus tokens.
Normally I don't like random abilities too much, but in this instance I think it's appropriate. Skewing a great ability towards success makes it more playable than some of the other RNG effects that are 50:50 for weak/OK abilites.
What unused pilot would you buff?
Miranda: Keep the regen but remove the added attack die part.

His ability should not proc of misses. The player should be given a choice "Take a damage and return shot, or take no damage." Currently there is no decision to be made, you shoot me, I shoot you.
So I actually think Vader is pretty good and giving him any chance at Autothrusters would be super terrible. I would rather just see turrets (TLT mostly) have less on an impact on so many ships.
I also think that Vader is well costed and all the other TIE Advanced should probably cost 1-2 less.
But because Vader *should* be a boss how about this.
"You may perform two actions in the activation phase, if you do not you may perform 2 attacks during the attack phase instead."
Wording might need work but essentially you get 1 action and 2 attacks or 2 actions and 1 attack. If you get bumped, you get 2 attacks so bump Vader at your own risk.
Prince Xizor:
"If you are declared as a target of an attack, if you are unstressed, you may receive an stress token to force the attacker to target another friendly ship at distance 1-2".
Basically, an opposite Biggs, but limited by receiving an stress token.
