Did a quick forum search but couldn't find a real answer.
I'm assuming the interaction is like tactician in that focus from OpSpec isn't added until the end. Where I'm confused is if that means that OpSpec only takes into account the most recent attack then based on the flowchart?
Is the interaction like clustermissles + munitions failsafe in that you don't get a focus from OpSpec unless both attacks miss? Or does it only apply if you miss the second attack? What if you miss the first attack and hit the second--would you get a focus here?, cause technically if op spec only triggers at the end of the second attack, and refers to the second attack, then missing the first attack might not matter at all?
