Yeah, versus a Bantha list, I can see Jawa spam completely folding in no time, as Jabba keeps getting the extra points for you.

I've played a Bantha vs a list that used Regular Stormtroopers and it was a slaughter, so I can only imagine how bad those squishy little guys will get. It doesn't look like they hit from too far either which is perfect for the Bantha. They'd have to surge into that extra +2 Accuracy, which isn't too hard with 2 Yellow's but they'd be doing what, ~4 damage per hit in a typical shot? You're more than able to sit back 10 spaces with the Bantha and wait for the opportune moment to Trample your way to victory.

those Reg jawas average 4 accuracy (up to 6-8) up to 5damage and a +1vp, elite jawas get pierce 2 and the opportunity to bargain, so you get vp from Utinni! and 33%chance of another vp, without having to kill the guy, just keep collecting victory points. That's 8 free victory points just for hitting guys and getting a surge, not to mention you're going to be doing 3-4 damage each attack. Those will add up.
