So should we expect the MC75 in the new wave? I wouldn't mind the Shield Gate as well. I'd like to see stuff like Pirate Asteroid Bases, Golan Defense Platforms, and the Shield Gate in future expansions. They could be a fun center-point to fight over.

I'm also still waiting for a Braha'tok -class gunship and DP-20 Frigates for the Rebels. For the Empire, I'm at a loss other than that Imperial torpedo ship from Empire at War.

Tough to guage how big that sucker is, but I'd guess large base on the MC75. Would love to see the Brahatok gunship as a combat/dedicated anti-squadron Flotilla.

It'd be cool if it had a fleet command slot or two. That's basically the roll it seems to play in the movie, what with the dangley admiral bubble.

It's an okay design. I'd prefer to see the Eidolon Strike Cruiser:

it's variant of the Strike Class, (which always looked to round and Mon-Cal like for me.) I think the Eidolon is far more imperial and has a unique layout.

Just over 1200m in length; a good candidate for RPG Sil 8 and large sized base (like the MC80 variants, which are of very similar length).

I had lunch with an FFG lead designer incognito just checking out Worlds and he had this to say:

"If you see it and it flies , then it's going to show up"

I wouldn't expect much from the EU that isn't recanonized on screen. But moment something is on screen, don't ask if, but when. That's the direction.

I expect to see an mc75 released by the end of the year. I am hoping it gets out on a medium base. I think it's possible to end up as a medium since the interdictor is on a medium.

Actually, from what I can see, the Imperial Light Cruiser already fill in the same role that the Carrack did.
