My girlfriend is looking for a new list to try out that isn't too hard to fly. I've came up with this list for her. What do you think?

Yeah, all turreted ships are easy to fly but I don't like giving them to new players as they can suffer in the long term by not knowing how to properly Ursuline arcs. I'd give her something with a bit of everything so she can grasp te mechanics and try out a handful of different styles. (Unless she already has the rules downpat, then I let them take what they want and just try to guide their pilot and upgrade choices)

She knows the rules. Just is intimidated by lists that have a lot of complexity. She has recently been flying Rey and Norra, but forgets stuff like Push a turn early so Kyle works and that Kanan crew can work on Norra if Rey isn't using her. Hopefully with this list, she won't get too bogged down with remembering that stuff. Just glitter at the right time, remember to shoot back with Dengar, and get those free TLs.
