MOTF Battle Report Ep.13 | Crabbok's Voltron Fleet Test (Lyraesus shout out)

By Irokenics, in Star Wars: Armada

Greeting Admirals!

Bringing you another episode of Master of The Fleet! This time we test out Crabbok's Voltron Fleet firstly Ken's iteration of the list (Voltron combined).

Don't worry guys we still plan on running it in its true form with double peltas!

Please enjoy and comments/feedback are welcomed.

When the ISD shot the Liberty and did 1 damage after he braced, could Derlin have removed the damage altogether?

i love your tokens and alternative ships, they look fantastic

what objectives did you have again?

Yeah i was saving Derlin for the second shot in case i couldnt brace for whatever reason.

My objectives were Most Wanted, Planetary Ion Cannons and Intel Sweep.

Great video as always! Looking forward to seeing the double Pelta version in action, it seemed very interesting.

Noob question: What was the reasoning behind not choosing Planetary Ion Cannon due to being out-activated? I'm not sure I understand the connection there – though I've never played it, so I may be missing something.

I see some true Imperial gunners there.......

I love your battle reports. Keep it up! :-)

If I may offer feedback: I am not a big fan of the background music.

Now I need to watch this. I thought I was the only one who loved double peltas. Since I can't stream this for hours yet any chance you can post the list you are talking about so i can compare it to mine lol? (I have 2 completely different double pelta lists now and am even considering getting a third to run the triforce of power, The triple Pelta)

Always great aids and camera views and editing for the viewers in your Battle Reports. Keep up the great work :)

It looks like there was a miss communication at 26:00.. the ISD fired at the liberty and got an accuracy. The accuracy was used to lock down a green brace leaving a red brace and a redirect. The rebel player says"my green redirect is it?" and the imperial player says "your green brace yeah". The Liberty then used it's green brace.

Great Battle Report! I think it was that custom commander that really made the difference! ha ha!

Although since this version of Voltron was already formed... I'm starting to have my doubts as to how well the individual "lions" will perform..... Because we know.. the Lions always got their butts kicked!

I noticed that too. Things like this happen during games though. Imagine how many mistakes are made during our own games that aren't recorded and reviewed by hundreds of viewers at a time?

Totally. I just bring it up as I think it's good to recognize them to be able to avoid them later.

thanks for the feedback everyone!

Amazing battle reports!

Can you make one with the double interdictor nose-punch fleet Drasnighta talked about? I really want to see that in action:

sure we'll put it on our list!

Question about using Insidious 31:45.

Normal black dice would have been out if range, but with Insidious shouldn't you have been able to use them at medium (blue) range since you were targeting the rear hull zone of the GR75?

Cooper meant it was out of medium I believe!
