Building a new list with IG88B with the IG2000 title and Torkil Mux with IG88D as crew and TLT. The question is if I perform an attack with Torkils TLT that misses twice, can I use IG88B's ability to perform the attack again?

Resolutions or suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

TLT is not a [Cannon] upgrade card. It cannot trigger from IG88B.
