Your Definition of an Omelette

OK, I had to read up, and I see what you mean. Boy, being someone who is learning French and likes to cook, you'd think I'd know the difference. Thanks for the lesson! :)

P.S. The wife is often in charge of the eggs, so her preferred prep is a frittata (which only goes to show her preference for all things Italian).
