You do not prevent engaged squadrons from attacking ships or moving.

1. For the sake of other abilities in other squadrons, heavy squadrons can still ENGAGE other squadrons even though they cannot prevent those other squadrons from moving and shooting something else like a ship. Right?

2. The HEAVY ability does not work in reverse aka an X Wing engages a Tie Bomber. Therefore the Tie Bomber must attack the X Wing before attacking a ship. On the other hand, the X Wing can move and attack a nearby ship. Right?
