New Telekinetics Power

I was hoping for some feedback on a power I'm getting ready to present to my storyteller for my psykers new power.

Kinetic Amplification

Threshold: 24
Focus Time : Full Action
Sustained: Yes
Range: You

You tap into the infinite energy of the warp and use it to amplify the kinetic energy around you. This effect has numerous uses for the purpose of Knock-Down actions; Leaping and Throwing you have Unnatural Strength x2. Your Agility Bonus is 2 higher for determining your movement on ground and while swimming your Strength is 2 higher. Melee attacks with weapons that deal Impact Damage lose the Primitive qualities and gain 2 Penetration. Any other action that involves you using force to affect another object or person would be augmented by this power too but how it does is left to storyteller discretion.
Overbleed: For every 10 points by which you exceed the threshold, the Unnatural Strength multiplier increases by 1, the bonus to movement increases by 1 and the Penetration to Impact Damage improves by 1.

So this is more or less "Jedi running and leaping" with a little low tech melee weapon augmentation? It seems to grant the Unnatural Strength trait only for determining movement, but not for damage so it appears to be reasonably balanced. It has a fairly high threshold, so it will be difficult to stack this with other powers on a regular basis. It seems fairly cool at first look.

Yes I wanted something low grade with mostly background effects. Thought it effected enough things though to warrant a higher threshold though wondering if 24 might be a bit much for it's effects. I also didn't want to make a power with large combat implications so based it mostly on a mono augmentation for bladed weapons and just made it so Knock-Downs are easier with it. Beyond that yes mostly just for cool running and dramatic narrative ^^
