The Idea is ...... Obvious. token denial with jax and hotco, Sensor Jammer.

No, it does not hit anywhere near hard enough.

Jax is too weak with Adaptability/VI. He really shines with push the limit (you don't need him to move last to get his ability working, you just need to get him in there mucking up your opponent's plans, but with a defensive token so he doesn't die).

Omega Leader is adding no benefit to this list. You already have token denial through Hot-shot Co-pilot + Jax. OL's ability adds nothing further, except after your other ships are gone, but despite what a lot of people think, OL is not actually a really good endgame ship. He is too low in points to win 1v1 endgame fights in tournaments (opponents can easily run down the clock and win on points) and he hits like a wet noodle, adding 'meh' firepower in the early game.

My recommendation is give Jax PTL so he doesn't die and drop the somewhat useless Omega Leader for a hard-hitting ship. There's lots of choices in the mid 20 point range: TIE/sf, pure sabaac, cheap bomber with a missile or torp, etc.

So it is redundant. Redundntcy isn't always bad. Also helps Sensor Jammer from whoever Whisper didn't shoot
