Hi everybody!

I've noticed that there was no ground shaking or at least interesting information about x-wing from developers for a really long time. It cause more anxiety considering the fact that we had May the 4th just a few days ago and as far as I remember, a year ago they announced heroes of the resistance. Now we've got nothing. Moreover, I discovered that most of the topics on our forum for some time because of that now are (no offense) less interesting than they used to. They are focused mostly on fixing/nerfing/recycling older topics. There is no new stuff to talk about so I may say that this is a normal effect. But this is also a great reason for devs to make give us some news. I feel like this forum is losing a lot of interest (at least mine).

Of course this is just my subjective opinion. For about 3 months I feel like there is no magnet to read the forum as it used to be. Maybe I'm somehow tired of it? I don't know, but I think that the main reason is lack of news. And I mean real news, like previews, not like the 101 articles.

Does anyone feel the same?

Personally, I have the opposite standpoint - I'm glad of the respite between releases and am in no rush at all for Wave 11 to arrive.

As for the forum, yes, it has become a centre of boredom because 'xyz needs nerfing' - except that 'xyz' is different for every person and a tiny minority of the complaints have much (if any) factual basis, nor any idea of how to apply changes without breaking the game in half.

I'd advise playing some games rather than spending time here, at the moment.

Yeah i imagine Runewars is eating up all their time atm.

It has ... what like 12 announced but not in stores yet releases atm? And more stuff we know is coming they just havnt mentioned yet (4th faction being a big one)

This. Alex on Facebook has already confirmed that it's been ready for ages and has implied that he's a bit disappointed it hasn't come out yet I think.

I think I remember someone from FFG writing something like "shortly after Worlds" regarding the Euros article

In the similar thought, I find it odd that the three new X-Wing ships still haven't even shown up as "In Development" or anything on the Upcoming product list. Even both of the Imperial Assault announcements, along with Rebellion expansion, are already there. But no TIE, No Wookie, and no Scurrg.

I think that there is drought because next X-Wing news article is going to be something "real" rather than filler news like past three or four articles. Maybe we get an article about Scurrg..

Don't be fooled by FFG, they are pretty lazy to update their stuff about upcoming ships etc..
