I finally purchased Mansions of Madness 2nd edition today and I do not need any of the miniatures. I actually bought the miniatures off someone else earlier and painted them to use with Eldritch Horror, but now I decided to get MOM, too. I want to sell the new unpainted ones for $40 since you get 32 miniatures and some are sold out online. Also, if anyone is interested, I may pick up the 2 monster, investigator, and tile kits and sell those miniatures, too. Let me know if interested.
Anyone want to buy my Miniatures?
I'd be careful coming onto FFG's official discussion boards to sell second hand components from their games. They may take a dim view, they're usually fine with swaps type discussions, but you're asking for cash and they're not usually as happy about that!
I am sure they are well aware of a website called Ebay which sells their games and pieces daily.

Which "they" are you talking about? FFG, the OP or the OP's prospective customers?
FFG could care less what people do with their products. As long as you pay for them you can do what you want with them. If you were making reprints or models and selling them then they would have a problem.

Then why do all the trade strings on here have explicit rules about not selling for cash? They are well aware of eBay, I'm sure, which is where this sort of thing should be taking place. What they understandably don't want is people exchanging money for goods and services on their website when it's nothing to do with them, and they have no control over the quality or customer service. This policy isn't unusual at all.
You could go into the MansionofMadness2ed or the minipainting subreddits on Reddit.com and possibly find someone that'd be interested.
