There's a solid chance you're just handing your opponent a win with this one. Any list with PS8 or higher will kill this Whisper, probably before you fire a shot.

For one less point you get Omega leader with Juke/Comm relay. Kir Kanos has a fine pilot ability, but the lack of EPT kills him.

I would say imp list would be improved if expertise was dropped and vet instincts was added to wisper and Kir. That makes them competative.

For Scum list, unless you can only to Kyraxzs trade them for Feng figherts. Better damage, better survivability. If not, drop upgrades and put in Talonbane and naked K. Or switch rockets out for Ion pulse or Adv homing. The guaranteed crit is devastating to aces. I still like the scum one better.
