"At the start of the Activation phase, choose another friendly ship in range 1-3. Enemy ships attempting to attack that ship must attack you instead if possible."

and then add to that, any one playing a (T-65) X-wing immediately gives 21 MOV point to their opponent.

Do people realize Biggs is the only thing keeping (T-65) X-wings in the meta? Next we want to ban Corran Horn so that E-wings are gone as well.

That's not true. Wes is having an insurgence at the moment given his excellent ability; and as we saw at Worlds with the "incident", Wedge is making appearances too.

I know I'll get a lot of grief for this. But this truly isn't a "Nerf it it's OP!" whine. It's just that I have never been able to see what he adds to the game as easily as I can see how he detracts.

Well, I am also a proponent of fixing T65s in general. Generics in general as well. Make Generic pilot only titles so you can get work out of generic ships.

With all the Energy sent Biggs way during the final match, and the fact he was the last ship standing, he'll be getting yet another promo card.
