Has anyone tried making their own custom backed damage deck? I would like to order a copy of the TFA damage deck with my own custom back for playing in the shop or around the house. Any idea where I could find the appropriate files to use; AKA copies of the damage cards?

Why not just print artwork inserts to sleeve with your damage deck?

...and avoid any potential copyright/ C&D messes... making it on your own for you is one thing, going through a printer or a publisher like Kinkos/Walmart/etc... not a mess worth pursuing

yeah the damage deck because it is a core game mechanic that has to have its integrity verified (randomized, un-marked, all cards accounted for) it is not a good idea to mess with any of them. You risk compromising the integrity of the damage deck and no TO will ever let anyone in with such a compromise.

Still I think the selves is the best ways to go. I do find it odd that FFG makes all sorts of selves for the pilot cards but none for their small and large cards in Armada and X-wing. I guess the demand wasn't there enough (though colored bases was).

Paul La Rue has done some custom damage decks that he sells. Might check with him on files or if he could print your artwork.

I only have one core set so I just made my own for playing with my nephew so that he has a deck to draw from too.
