Downloading the excel file allows you to create your own page(s) with only the dice you want. Print at 70% for 22mm blank dice.

Doubt it'll be deleted. Proxies are perfectly acceptable in casual play, and it's pretty much impossible to make good enough forgeries to pass them off as real anyway, so go for it! Of course, they won't be welcome at tournaments, but this is a great way to test out a new idea without having to blow hundreds of bucks on the singles market!
