I hope not. I always thought IA's scale was actually pretty good for a miniature game (anatomically speaking, at least. I can't speak for the shrink-rayed tank)
I don't know, they've always looked a little disproportionate to me (head to body), particularly standing out with Han and Blaise. I guess "cartoony" might be a good word. But never anything too ridiculous. These look at about the same level as the previous to me based on the pictures.
Has there been any discussion on what people think the emperor's command card is? Personally, if it isn't called "unlimited power!" I will be very disappointed; I think it should buff his lightning ability and give the primary targets effects to the adjacent target as well.

I remember there being some discussion on it here. I think it would probably be a lightening buff, or maybe something support related.

I hope it's called "Do it" and it causes an enemy figure to make an attack on another enemy figure of your choice. Then I can say it in the emperor's voice every time it's played
