I was fortunate enough to grab 2 booster boxes from my FLGS this past Saturday. The legendary distribution was a little bit eyebrow raising:

Booster Box #1: Palpatine, Baze Malbus, Blackmail, U-Wing, Bowcaster, Rocket Launcher

Booster Box #2: Z6 Riot Control Baton, Palpatine, Blackmail, U-Wing, Bowcaster, Rocket Launcher

While I shouldn't really complain about getting duplicate Palpatine cards, I really would've preferred a bit more variety.

I opened one box and more or less got the things I was hoping to see. Nothing complete, of course, but having one is better than none, and I feel better trading up to complete a pair.

I got Palp, Vader, Assaj, Royal Guard, FN-2199, Force Push & Lure of Power & the Stun Baton as highlights. Some Heroes that I'll sell/trade.

Didn't get Krennic or Force Lightning, otherwise I think I got at least a copy of everything I wanted. Already have trades underway to get second copies of Vader, FN-2199, and the Baton, so progress!

After 33 boosters got 7 Legendaries (but did 3 different draft tournaments from different boxes) and 7 of those boosters were won as prizes from those tournaments.

I got a box and 9 packs so far, with 3 of those loose packs having legendary's. No duplicates!

I got Krennic (and a death trooper), Ig-88, Baze Malbus, Force speed, Maz's Goggles, Light bow, Riot baton, Quadjumper and Slave 1. Notable rares were Force push, baby vader, Fn-2199, and Maz. Also got 2 fast hands, no training, but ill take a second fast hands any day. Only duplicates were 2 royal guards, interegation droids, and Mon mothma. It was a really good box for my first one ever!

Give it time, my local store is getting there second wave around May 25th. So hopefully there will be packs then.

I am actually very happy overall. I got 2 boxes (plus a about 10 packs from the prerelease). The only cards I pulled three of were Imperial Discipline, Lure of Power, Interrogation Droid, C-3PO & Jyn Erso. 1 each of the Jyn and the Interrogation Droid were pulled from the prerelease packs, so the two boxes only brought 3 triplicates. As for Legendaries, I did pull 2 Bowcasters from 1 box (that was slightly annoying), and a Slave I from each, but otherwise a good spread there too (Krenic, Palps, IG-88, Blackmail, Baze, Rocket Launcher, Force Speed & Quadjumper). Would've liked a Chewie, Force Lightning & Obi-Wan, but trades are possible and I expect to get ahold of a few more packs later on.

Overall, a pretty good distribution of the Commons and Uncommons as well.

i got 5 boxes, i have 6 imperial discipline, 6 con artists, 5 makashi training, 5 delta interceptors and 1 freaking Jyn Urso

I've picked up a grand total of 67 packs. (Box and loose packs).

1 Double Legendary - Quadjumper.

No Death Troopers.

However the spread seems better than in Awakenings, where in my one box contained 3 First Order Stormtroopers and 3 BB-8s. Most depressing pulls ever.

32 packs loose, only 2 legendaries. The 3 boxes I got though, I've gotten a good spread. Funny enough still no command shuttle. Have 2 more boxes on the way. Only 3x legendary I have is chewie and that was because out of those 32 packs the two legendaries I pulled were chewie...

Not happy at all (Looking at you BAZE!) Fortunately I can trade most of what I got for what I need at my FLGS.

Our FLGS is carrying singles now too. Very helpful.

My buddy sold his collection for nearly $700 store credit. Pretty wild.

The 2 boxes of awakenings I got were pretty awful for duplicats but my 2 boxes of SOR were great for even distro. I did ALOT of CCG buying through the 90s and it seems pretty standard. Sometimes you get a great variety sometimes you pull the same stuff.

my box had 2 double rares, got almost all commons and 1 of most uncommon. Only a couple triple commons. 13 characters all different. So no elites for me.

While I didn't get everything by far, I did only manage to get a hand full of more than two of what I did get from my case. I ended up missing a lot of what I wanted but I'm still content.

Did 1 box, pretty happy overall. only 2 dups but good ones, Con Artist(yellow villian is a specialty of mine), and Lone Operative. Pulled Palps, Baze, Force Lightning, Light Bow, Bowcaster, and Rocket Launcher. Pulled a copy of just about every Rare Villain. Planning to do a Palp team at my local tourney this weekend. While I didn't pull a force speed, I did pull a Vibrostaff, Force Heal, and force throw among others.

Planning to round things off with a few singles at my FLGS, since the owner does market price. Got a budget, depending I'm planning to round out with eliting Ventress and Sing for sure, and then price allowing, hoping to grab a IG-88, Black Mail(I need one at least), and maybe a slave 1. perhaps elite Mon Mothma since I have no elite red heroes, and perhaps grab a Jyn and Snap.

In a word, no. (Re: are you happy with your SoR pulls). What's that you say? More explanation required? Well, okay...

In fact I've joined the forum, after many moons of lurking, to share my sorrowful lament. I apologise for the length, but if you will indulge me this once. I consider myself lucky in many respects and maintain a chirpy demeanour, but when it comes to SWDestiny I am very much lacking in the pulling department... ;0P

I am an early adopter. I read with growing anticipation all the Awakenings news bulletins. Ooh, dice and Star Wars and cards and games... I like all those things. :0)

I read the forums. Rolling eyes at the dead horse beatings. Xo.

I scoured the Internet when news of leaks surfaced. 80.

I bemoaned the awful artwork on Jyn and Aurra's cards. ;0P

And I placed my preorders with childlike excitement, remembering heady days of football stickers and swaps in the yard, mentally listing my perfect pulls, and crossing fingers, toes, and anything else that might bend without too much discomfort, against the ones I loathed... Well, didn't like as much, at least.

I ordered two boxes. (Not for my own consumption; I share them with my family, as we are our opponents). And as the release day drew ever closer I read with growing anticipation the posts of others in various pull threads. (Note: if you pull threads the whole lot unravels). I even watched the unboxing vids hoping to glean some clues as to what a typical box might contain.

OoOoh, I ooh'd, at the ever growing numbers of Chewie this, Palpy that, Slavery-1s and Obi Wannawongas. It seemed every box contained something to tickle the fancy, whet the appetite. I read every post, even the disappointed ones, thinking to myself "I'd take that legendary spread"... Even if it does mean we get duplicate quads or excess riot gear.

Then the day arrived. With family gathered we opened both boxes, wondering which of our favourite legendaries would be in, formulating picking strategies for the odd cards out... Aaaaaand none.

We are now the somewhat perplexed owners of riot gears, blackmails, rocket launchers, handcrafted lightbows, generic guy with gun, you know, all those "fight epic Star Wars battles with your favourite Star Wars heroes" they spoke about in the press release... Oh, hold on. Yeah, about the favourite stuff from Star Wars bit... err, when? :0/

T'would seem the fantasy flight fairy got our 'perfect list' mixed up with 'worst case scenario'.

Yep, we stared incredulous at the complete lack of anything of remote mild interest. Four of six legendaries were the exact same in both boxes. Talk about crummy luck. We couldn't just get a spread of mostly dull ones, we had to get them twice, and without even a sprinkling of the magic dust of one favourite... Or even trade fodder.

Palps denied. Chewie denied. Ben Ke-nowhere to be seen. Slave-1ery abolished. Bowcast(er) to the winds. Not even a Krennic. I don't even like Krennic, but at least he was in a movie I saw once.

"Couldn't we have got just one Star Wars character?" we cried at the heavens. "Just one? From two boxes? We've paid for the license, haven't we?"

The "luck" didn't stop there. Across those boxes, which I share out between my family, we got a total of one (count em) one Jyn. But not to worry, we get to play outer rim George and his no-name freighter.

Oh well, I just have to chalk it alongside our very similar experience with (Christmas) Awakenings where, despite two boxes of that, we also managed to completely dodge Vader, Han, Luke, Poe, The Falcon, Thermal Boomabangs... So Forget putting a little 'e-' before any of our strategies.

Well, I could go on but I've rambled enough. I promised I wouldn't cry. :')
