We know enough about the rules now to run a sample game to get a feel for it. Anyone had a go? I'm planning on having a go this weekend if I can find someone to play against.

I'm going to make some proxies and goldfish and play solo a bit.

I probably will too.

I surely will once we have more revealed, but for now I'm content just looking for interactions that I might have missed before.

Seriously though I'll probably try a game once I have a little but more to work with. I think the way FFG has released the information has been really good at giving us a general idea of what will be possible. Gone are the days of "I play X clan military" or "I'm running honor rocket." The archtypes are less clearly defined because you can take different paths to victory depending on your opponent and the choices you make. I'm really liking it so far. I much rather win or lose based on how well I played as opposed to a predetermined outcome based on how favorable the match up was.

Just find the cards with the original art! And then scribble with a crayon.

Are there enough cards for Dinasty/Conflict decks? Not asking full 40-45 decks. But in addition to some characters (Unicorn can have 9 cards from 3), you also need the Conflict and that side seems more scarce. And only 2 strongholds.

You don't need full legal decks to do a sample. Doesn't really matter if all the provinces are the same, if you mix factions, ignore max duplicate cards, etc. It's just a bit of fun and to see how it goes.

I'm just going to make a sheet in word and paste pictures of the cards that we know of in there and print it.

Won't make full decks and I may have to mix cards that wouldn't go together normally but just to play a few turns maybe.
