Just wanted a testing list to playtest a cheap Inaldra focus supplier in a mindlink list other than Kaato. Dont ever play much Dengar or Fenn, so I figure having the two best scum ships would be ideal, and I have never put a Scyk on the table before.

Played two games and both went better than expected. This list is growing on me :P

Game 1 vs 4 ship mindlink. Inaldra just slow moves and supplies focus and Fenn and Dengar rush in for action. Inaldra makes it into battle just as the ships are in a traffic jam. Her flechette cannon stresses the entire list, now Fenn can kturn behind them without worry. Didnt lose anybody. Just having R4 on Dengar is like having FCS. So fantastic! Would love 1 more point for 4-lom crew though!

Game 2 vs Adapt Vader, TB Vess, OL. OL couldnt get TL, Dengar banked in range 2. Fenn banked and boosted into OL range 1 and out of Vess arc. OL did not live. Vader got a direct hit on Fenn. I took out Vess next two rounds, as he was out of position, and Dengar got two range 1 shots on him, while bocking vader. Vader hunted down Fenn and then finished Inaldra. But with only two health Vader vs full health Dengar, he was doomed.

Inaldra thoughts: That flechette worked great in game one, saving Fenn from any shots from his 4 ships. Should be good vs bombers also, slowing them down. In game two, she survived (barely) a range 1 Vader, and a range 1 Vessery attack. Her three green dice paid off and makes her a much better focus supplier than Kaato. Testing went well, and I feel good about tossing her into other lists.

Note: Fenn and Dengar both at PS9 was great. Fenn can kturn, Dengar does a green and clears the stress instantly. Or Dengar does a red sloop, and Fenn clears his stress. Really surprises opponents.

I like that you're making Inaldra carry some weight. I would be tempted to strip her Scyk down to the chassis and use the 6 points on Dengar, but then on the table she'd just spend the whole game just avoiding combat and providing focus, which seems more boring than what you've got going on here.

Oh yeah, Ive been tempted too, but Im really testing her for another list and I wanted her to be somewhat threatening and help with lists I will have problems with, particularly bombers and other mindlinked aces. The stress will provide that nuisance I need, and cannon lets her slow roll and take potshots at range 3 and can get a damage in instead of her sad primary 2.

6pts would be cool, but the longer Inaldra lives, the easier time Fenn and Dengar have with their actions wide open. Might give it a try if I have time.

What would you do with 6pts? Im thinking 4-lom, Scavenger Crane, Countermeasures on Dengar. Up the offense a bit, but save him from alpha strikes.

I was kicking around the idea of Hotshot Copilot, Burnout SLAM, and a 1 point bid.
