I'd like a "theme" where certain pilots (and their abilities) aren't locked onto a specific ship. They keep their PS, then you add the value of their card to the base generic of the other ship.

For example, if Wedge was to pilot a Y-wing it would be Wedge's Pilot card (29) minus the X-Wing generic (21) = 8 points. Add that 8 point card to the Gold Squadron Y-wing (18) for a 26 point Wedge flying a Y-wing. He won't have an EPT unless he uses R2-D6.

It would have to be limited to certain characters of course.

Another option: upgrades that allow you to do actions at the end of the combat phase. That way you could:

- Activate BSMT

- Use Gonk

- barrel roll or boost in a position that would block a low PS the next turn

- etc.

I had a similar idea a while back as a "wouldn't it be great if they'd designed it like this" thought.

Give pilots multiple ships that they can fly, and a ranking system.

Wedge is obviously a PS9 in an X-Wing, his specialist ship. Then maybe give him another 3-4 ships he can fly at PS7-8.

BH crew for "hire" in all factions

A BH crew that allows you to use unique rebel or scum crew once a game.

Title that allows an illicit and tech slot for scum

lots of options...

Rebels... well who cares? But I'm sure they hired BHs somewhere that someone can make it work.
