Oathsworn Cavalry

Reanimate archers

Daqan infantry command

Thanks Tony, where did you find this info?

Twin cities runewars Facebook page. Dave who runs the retail side of the event center posted it.

FFG normally update the Upcoming page on a Wednesday, and products change to 'Shipping Now' two weeks before release.

So it should be updated today if this release date is correct.

I thought it was a one week difference for Shipping Now. Two weeks seems excessive to ship out product once it is state side in the warehouses.

Nope. Still two weeks. We've had 5/11 release date stuff up for a bit. That's more than a week.

It used to be one week a couple years ago. Then they street dated everything so it changed to 2 weeks.

Have they said, or do we have guesses as to how many trays of each unit will come in these?

For Adepticon they told us to tell people two trays, so unless they changed something since then that should be what to expect. We know for sure the siege units will be two trays "The Rune Golems Unit Expansion features two Rune Golem Plastic Figures, one identical to the Rune Golem figure found in Runewars Miniatures Game Core Set and one in an exclusive new pose"

Command packs, cavalry, and archers first? Cool.

I might finish painting the two core sets worth of undead by that time.

Coolstuffinc.com is still holding the May release date as well, but given FFG's update of "on the boat" as of 5/1 I'm not so sure that date will hold.

They were on the boat BEFORE 5/1. They updated on 5/1 that they're still on the boat.

They have all updated to "Shipping Now" with an official street date of 5/18

That's my point.

But they could easily no longer be on the boat today. Maybe they updated on 5/1 because the ship was in dock but shipping to stores hasn't actually started yet. We don't really know why they update the date sometimes more than once for the same status.

Page now says released on 5/18. Updated today.

Well, there you go. I'd hazard a guess that the other ones updated to 5/1 were on the same ship.

Jeez, did they fly these expansions over? Speedboat?

It's been a few weeks on the boat.

Ok so the point is moot and everyone can get along again!

Sometimes it is one week. Typically they do two weeks though. One week to get to distributors and another week to get it to the stores. This is also a timed release in many countries, so I am sure some palaces are sitting on it for a few weeks waiting for the others to catch up.

@pancakeonions The first two Mansions of Madness expansions went from On the Boat to Shipping in a matter of a few weeks too. Those boxes didn't have the typical thick FFG compressed cardboard box type but the thin paperboard box. They were made in China though.

Yep, they've said:

https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/news/2017/1/30/command-and-control/

https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/news/2017/3/3/grow-your-forces/

Each expansion in these articles is listed as two trays, with the exception of the Command Packs which are listed as 4 figures (not sure if a tray for them is included)

They are pictured as being in a tray, so I'd say yes. It makes sense to include a tray.

Theyre in my local games shop, picked them up and looked at the boxes, can't purchase till the 18th :(

I want to get both infantry upgrade packs. I still want to buy a second core set too. But I am still painting. Practically done my Waiqar, half done my Daqan, who am I kidding though I'll pick up the packs this Friday with final 2 or 3 paints I need to finish painting. The second core has to wait just a little while longer.
