Nice work, I have only done a single tray so far and working on my carrion. Are you planing on doing some base work?
If I could offer a small critique, I think the bone could use a little more shade. I'm thinking of the gaps between the toes and some pockets in the face. It helps to get the details to pop.
Really nice to have a complete set of 4 trays done though and those shields look very good, I kind of botched my first shields with too thick of paint but you can really see the nice details on yours. Keep it u!

I will do basing, but I'll do the job lot once I've got all of my figures done - 2 cores of Daqan and Waiqar!
With regard to the shade, I did re-highlight the bone on the skulls afterward, but maybe I went too far. I would say that around the facial features the wash shows a bit more in reality.
Re: Shields - weird - I didn't do anything particularly exciting here - it was literally one coat of XV-88 over the leadbelcher primer, then the Agrax Earthshade wash - that's it.
Nice work on the eyes. Mine just came out looking like a blob of color. I wish I would have just left them dark and empty.

I painted the skull with 2 coats of Screaming Skull. Then heavy wash of Agrax Earthshade. Then highlighted the Skull and face with Screaming Skull, leaving the eyes/eye recesses as they were. Then did a small white dot in each eye - it's actually a sculpted part of the mini in most cases, so easier to pick out. Then I did a wash of Nihilakh Oxide in the entire eye socket.
Very nice work!
Those eyes really look menacing.
