Is there a page with comprehensive rules and structure? I'd love to participate, but I might have difficulty being flexible enough with times if all timezones are playing together.

I follow the advanced structure in rounds and cutoff found in the ffg tourney rules

How about if I signed up with a gross, OP, meta list and feel like a horrible person and want to change to a less good but more fun squad?
