When a City is destroyed, is the token removed from the board or simply flipped over?
In either case is there any way to repair/replace a city after it has been destroyed?
Are they gone for good?
It is my understanding that the city is gone for good. I can't remember a tactics card or seasonal event which would repair one. Just look at natural disasters. Much easier to destroy a city then to try and rebuild it.
