Excellent, fun game. itzSteve did a great job keeping his MC80 flagship just outside of trouble, using slicer tools at a crucial moment to prevent my Admo from setting up a trap for it and forcing it into a futile chase for the rest of the game instead. Neither of my MC30s managed to line up any meaningful shots, and the lucky double kill my Star Cruiser pulled off on turn three turned the game for me. As someone whose favourite part of Armada is flying fast and pulling crazy turns, two Madine fleets dancing around the moving obstacles made for some great fun.

An Aftermath battle

Chancellor Mon Mothma against Grand Admiral Rae Sloane

The growing New Republic against the remanescents of the great Galactic Empire

A hunt operation from both sides, the empire seeked to destroy the enemy's admonition, whilst the Empire's Raider Hunter was on target. With little squadron support, Shara and Tychu were quickly overrun by the Mix & Match of imperial squadrons, but not without giving some damage themselves (Specially Shara who took out a whole TIE/F squad in one counter). On the bigger picture,the raider Corvus was destroyed by Admonition while it tried to chase it, the ISD Avenger had its commands hacked by slicers inside Quantum Storm, opening the opportunity for the Rebel scum's target to quickly run and bomb the Star Destroyer and fly away without heavy damage. Jaina's light then proceeded to poke damage in the critically injured ISD's hull, eventually taking it out with help from foresight, taking it out alongside it's boarding troopers and 4 TIE/F squadrons never having the opportunity to launch and shine. Now running for survival, the hunter was eventually caught out by the MC30's side arcs and is now space dust. The remaescent imperial squadrons surrendered to the republic forces for lack of option (It should remain a secret, but Mareek was the only imperial fighter able to flee as the only squadron with a hyperdrive, ALTHOUGH , rumor says the Lambda-class shuttle was where the Admiral was commanding from, and once all ships were down, she fled to the unknown regions to reassemble forces, so SHE WILL BE BACK!)

Veggie was a great opponent and if I'm not wrong has a log file of the massacre

Lord Preyer's Lament for Clon sung it's duet with Aresius's aria of an LMC80. Thankfully The Clonisher sung before the fat lady (thrice of course) to bring Imperial harmonies to the defecting Moff who was recaptured in time for the concert.

To give some context here, Visovics played quite an unusual fleet: Three activations and no flotillas. It is designed to brawl you with its boarding troopers, Sloane, and a lots of ties out of your defense tokens and then let Avenger finish the job. Opposed to that, my boring first-last MothmaMSU was quite the exact counter to it. Slicering the squad commands away and hit and run all the time.

In addition to this big matchup advantage I had above average rolls. And finally, one should mention that Visovics is quite new to the game. Nevertheless, it was a humerous and funny game and he is a great opponent to play against.

Oh, and by the way: Everybody, please, please provide logfiles! They are really fun to watch and make tournaments much more an event! I'd love to participate in every battle as an observer. However, life is cruel and prevents me from doing so. But you can mitigate life's cruelty!

Last point: Our game was 444 (tabling + Raider as Most Wanted objective) to 33 (Shara and Tycho) - which means a MoV of 400 in my favour (MoV capped to 400).
