Hello everyone.
Been reading and taking tips on storage over the last few years and thought id's share my solution for those that were in the same predicament as myself. My biggest gripes with descent is the setup time of a map and saving campaign progress. My group usually plays once a month and we can't leave a table setup (its my dining room).

I designed my solution around 2 easy to carry boxes for all expansions/collections/lieutenants.

Pros:
1) The card box with dividers makes overlord management easy with monster selection or upgrading card options.
2) The trays I can pass out at the start of a campaign (Setup - Heroes/Figures/Skills), for players (Player Tray - Health/Fatigue/Valor/Dice), for overlord (Overlord Tray - Conditions/Events/Tokens), and saving a campaign progress (Campaign Tray - Slots for each player figure+exp tokens).
3) Map Boxes 1-40, 41-80, working on a 81-90 new snap-on section now for chains/mists expansion, and the dungeons pieces are subdivided into quart sized Ziplock bags. This allows me to pull out the 1-10 (Labeled as well) bag for those pieces, etc...
Cons:
1) Originally when I bought just the core game, the Plano 777 was more than enough, but as expansions/collections get added the monster bins are a little messier. So the biggest problem I still have is searching for specific monsters. Of all the prior problems I had, this isn't to bad as they are pretty easy to find. Foam storage would be ideal, but when I priced out how much I'd need for everything, the Plano 777 was cheaper IMO in the long run.
2) I originally had a small monster and a lieutenant case for the interior box, however as the quantity of small monsters increased and lieutenants got bigger the boxes only store minions I use often or small lieutenants.
3) If decent gets more expansions and keeps going I may just use (2) Plano 777 boxes to accommodate figures in the future.
