These three videos have been an absolute master class in using terrain to your advantage. Incredible.

He uses the SAME rock placement each game. If any of these opponents had the luxury of watching one prior to playing him they MAY stand a chance -- I doubt it, though ;)

About 95% sure James Matchett is running Dash/Miranda.

I think this attanis lists might wreck him if they knew, he even lost to one of them. People are not prepared to his opening and playing always the same. I dont even think nand has had the need to fly to the left side, always the lone flanker on his right side to turn for the opening.

Props to him tho for finding such a plan against those list with that well known opening.

If you're right, more reason to nerf Attani. It should not be immune to EVERYTHING, especially its own counter.

Pretty much the exact same 3-4 opening moves too. Nand is in such a good position because he basically doesn't have to think about almost half of each of his games.

The attani list that beat him didn't have a jumpmaster though (I missed a lot of that one but it sounded incredibly close). I think his plan is particularly effective against Protectorates and Jumpmaster lists.

Nand is showing us why at the end of the day, net listing cannot compensate for expert piloting.

He's still using two other broken pilots in Biggs and Miranda. It's a bit like saying that replacing the Jumpmaster by Palob in Attani was an amazing move.

Dont get me wrong, i watched his video and he is an amazing player that's 100% sure. But he is not playing that much of a different built than what's been successful for rebels for months now.

I guess I'm just annoyed at the prevalence of Attani. I am going to be livid when I see the List Juggler data of archetypes that showed up to Worlds, i.e. 80% Attani.

It was exactly the same but with assaj in the position of manaroo from those games. The difference was that assaj went out of there with 3 hull and fenn rau didnt die because the player didnt get so close at the first engage to get autoblastered if i remember correctly.

Yes i think attani looks a bit too strong, almost every scum list is pretty much 3ships Attani

Even without Attani, Scums would still dominate. Asajj + 2 TLT Ywing is super strong but doesnt have mindlink...

Can someone grab the full standings? Not just the first page, but all the way down to 128 for Day 2...

thats a lot of jumpity jumpmasters

Travis Cooper is flying some variation of Paratanni, probably the original

from the stream chat:

Next up Gerry Russell, Texas, USA VS Mishary Alfaris, Kuwait

So at least 2 of the Rebels made top 8 (Nand and Gerry). Not sure if the third Rebel list (Miranda/Dash) survived.

Stover, Johnson, Phua are the only lists we still don't know.

But we do know they're scum.

which means we can assume attanni

Correct.

My guesses with little to no math, haha...or 64% Scum-Attani, 6% Scum non-Attani, 24% Rebel Biggs/Regen, 6% Imperial old-school.

super un-balanced top 16

I am Tommy Adams.

I had:

Tel with Predator, Gonk, R5-P8, Punishing One, Hull Upgrade, Rigged Cargo Chute

Bossk with Crackshot, Mangler Cannon, 4Lom, Dengar, Boba, Inertial Dampeners

Strong, but not dominating I think. And clearly weaker than mindlink since mindlink is all over the top tables

according to the stream Justin Phua is flying Dengar/Tel and is now facing tripple scout... that will be a very diverse match ^^

AB Miranda isn't common at all.
