So another idea that we had was to create each playable character's profile with their abilities listed on the small card format. At start up, you take you normal character card and the small version. When someone battles you they can choose to take your small card with your abilities. This card is treated as an object but can be used only once like a spell, and you can only choose to use one of the listed abilities. Once used, the card goes back to the character. We would call this card a life debt card. Each character can have only one life debt. If you have gained a characters life debt, you can lose it in a battle with another player just like a object. Life debt are treated like objects so they can be stashed away or stolen via spell or ability. Where is the best place to get the small card format/template? We plan on using a zoomed in shot of the character's card pic.

We have other ideas to use these cards with too. One would be randomly pulling 2-3 of the remaining unused characters and placing them at their starting locations with all their normal set up. Before you can Encounter those spaces the 'Warlord' would have to be defeated. Their gold, Life, Craft or Strength would be won as you defeat them.
