here is my first pass at a list using the contents of two core sets.

Using just two core sets, you don't have a whole lot of choice. I would say that you're probably spending too many points on upgrades, but without more models to work with it's tough to do anything about that.

I'm eager to hear how big spearman units work out on the table though, so let us know if you get some games in!

I second @Bhelliom 's comment about about not having a lot of choice with just the two cores.

That being said, I did come up with an identical list to this, only exchanging metered march for trumpets, in order to try out the Daqan deathstar so I'll let you know how it goes on after my game tomorrow.
