Swarm leader isn't that great and in Jesses place I'd use the attack shuttle for that auxiliary firing arc and an extra turret attack on the Lothal Rebel. I'd Scrap Jess and with the spare points give Zeb a black market Slicer Tool to work with his stress and Kanan to de-Stress your ships.
