I was going to wait before revealing this, but there was some chatter about list builders so what the heck.

Maybe some of you are familiar with my Imperial Assault builder on TabletopAdmiral.

Well I've been working on a similar one for runewars, at http://tabletopadmiral.com/runewars/undead/ http://tabletopadmiral.com/runewars/

It is ROUGH. Here are the plans for it:

• Make it generate a code for sharing.
• Allow you to save to your account .
• Make it look like runewars, not star wars.
• Get clean images of front and back of cards, so the image doesn't take up so much space on the screen so I can have your list be in a different column than your options.
• Make it so you don't have to pick Ardus first in order to receive the benefit on the back of his card.
• Make it so that you pick your faction and it sticks you with that (hence the url above...was my intention. I'm getting there, just want to get one page right first before having to make every change to 2 pages.
• Visual cues when selecting upgrades...such as making the slot you're replacing have a glow around it or something.
• A bit more mobile optimization. I'll do the whole REST thing down the road and try to make an app, but as a placeholder, I'm just trying to keep mobile in mind when laying it out.
• Allow you to select what you own and filter based on that.
• Restrict uniques
• Print View
• A million miscellaneous things.

It almost seems silly to ask for feature requests now, when I have so much left to do, but let's do it anyway. What do you want?

What languages are you using? Java and HTML?

Yeah, with a Django backend and sqlite database.

You no longer have to add Ardus first.

A code is generated now when you click "Create Code" at the bottom. You can paste that into the box and hit "Decode" to load a list from you or somebody else. This is a uh..jerry-rigged version of saving for now. Account saving coming soonish.

Funny enough, still easily the best squad builder I've found for Runewars so far. Well done. I'm looking forward to what else you guys do

Thanks! Glad you feel that way. And just one guy, actually.

Just going to cross things out in the original post as I go now. It shouldn't let you add more than one of the same unique. There's a page for each faction now (/runewars/human or /runewars/undead), but also a landing page at /runewars.

Those pages shouldn't show you anything from the opposing faction, but let me know if something slips through. Thanks for checking it out.

Oh and one annoyance with the code generation is you have to paste it onto the right faction's page. I'll make it create a full link soon so you can just send that instead and not use the input box anymore.

HTML at least, or at least an easily copy and pastable view. You can check out the "print view' on my IA builder if you want an idea. Let me know if that wouldn't cut it and I'll see what I can do.

You can now save lists to your account. Let me know if you run into any problems. View your lists by clicking on your name in the top right, assuming you're logged in.

I know some of the people that do squad builders for xwing and armada usually have a way you can donate. I'm sure it's not much, but some people who use a particular builder a lot don't mind throwing a bit towards the creator for their time. Didn't see anything like that on your page. Just a thought.

There should be a patreon button on the bottom of the IA builder. I forgot to Add it to this but will soon. Thanks for checking it out.

I updated the look a bit. It should be a bit more mobile friendly and look a little less star warsy and a little more runewarsy. Feedback is welcome. May have to clear your cache for it to show up though.

I went ahead and added all the spoiled stuff, and put a checkbox at the bottom for allowing you to view/add unreleased stuff. Note that deepwood archers are just kind of placeholder since we (as far as I know) haven't seen the back of their card. Mostly wanted to make sure Kari worked properly to be ready for when we do get ahold of that.

Going to make a page for elveses soon.

That's a good idea. I think the print page should copy and paste well, but I'll try to do a button that keeps you from having to do it manually.
