Couldn't figure out if a stressed 1300 could use the title to bank 3 with Kanan, remove the stress token, flip, and then just take a single stress or not.

It seems like you should be able to since you would be stressless, but I think Kanan triggers after you've completed a move. But I also think that the initial bank itself would count as having executed the necessary white maneuver, and so would be able to flip 180 since the 1300 had no stress, and then just receive a new stress.

What do you think?

It works. Kanan's ability triggers at the same time, so you choose the order. Clear the stress, then take a stress to flip. Same goes if you go over a debris cloud.

Yep. Kanan and the title can be used in either order - title, stress, kanan for a 'white' 'sloop' or kanan then title if already stressed for a sloop then a stress.
