I just wanted to post a high-five to Asmodee. My core set had a spearman with one missing shield, and I filed a customer service request on Sunday. By Monday it shipped, and was in my mailbox by Wednesday. Really great job!

FFG/Asmodee have great customer service. My copy of Wiz-War was missing one of the small plastic clips for a dial. They shipped out a bunch of them all the way to Scotland for no charge, the shipping would have cost a lot more than the little plastic clip.
Hmm, interesting. I've had a reanimate with a missing shield arm, and I figured it was just too much hassle to bother with getting a missing part sent to me. Perhaps I'll rethink that!
I had a similar experience with a missing peg in my Armada core box. No worries when it comes to missing parts!

I also filled out a form on Sunday 4/23 for having received 2x right arms for Ix'Erebus in one of my two core sets.
I requested a left arm sent to me so I can complete the figure.
It's been a whole week and I don't even have an email from them yet.
I'm in Canada so maybe that's why, I don't know. Maybe I wasn't clear in the part#... does anyone know Ix'Erebus' part#?

@potenza22 I'm sorry to hear that! I just listed the first part number in the list, since I wasn't sure. Did you take a picture of what the socket shape looks like? I did that and I think that might have helped me some.
@potenza22 I'm also from Canada and I asked for a replacement figure in the past (broken spear from an Imperial Assault mini) and I received it after about 3 weeks. That being said I also received a confirmation email though, but I just can't remember when this email occurred during that 3 weeks span (I can find that email, but I have no clue about the exact date I asked for the part, and I remember there was a delay between the two). I did provide a picture of the broken mini.

I did include a picture in the claim but to this day I have not received a response. I'll try emailing them tomorrow and sending another image.
I did read somewhere else that replacement pieces often show up in the mail without any communication so that might be it.
I just received a shipping confirmation today along with a USPS tracking number
It took 2 full weeks to process but glad it was looked after!
