So I was checking out the expansions section and saw this code missing from the list. Any releases match this? I would assume its the Latari Infantry or Cavalry Command Upgrade based on when its being released in the middle of the Latari wave.
RWM15

or a second hero or the uthuk box...but regardless...tell us now!

YES! Give us some hedgehog demon people now FFG!
I'm guessing Uthuk Y'llan Army Expansion box.
I don't think its Uthuk. This is solidly in the middle of the Latari wave, so I think it has to be a Latari unit of some kind. I could see the Uthuk being RWM019/20 and higher though, so they can keep all the SKUs together.
Maybe a Latari wizard hero? or pegasus rider (can't remember the name for this in Terrinoth from the lore book!)

Latari infantry command maybe? Looks like the infantry command precedes the second hero.
Yeah, thats what I speculated in OP.
More I think about it the more it seems to me to be Uthuk...RWM13 was essentials RWM14 is Latari RWM 15 I just think will be Uthuk then 16-20 on latari 21-25 are uthuk...these waves are suppose to be releasing at the same time...(hopefully)
It makes sense for it to be another hero
Humans and undead all have a basic troop, a more "elite" troop (archers for undead, calv for humans), a large model, two heroes, and a command upgrade box.
Elves are only missing the 2nd hero.

Dear god and people cry about Kari's ability. While it wont deal AS much damage to the individual unit, she will hit several units in both melee and ranged while Kari is only melee.
Lack of Brutal or any other kind of threat addition, but 4 dice to make up for it. Ouch. And Lethal as well.
Not sure I understand her rune abilities

Well, however many green (Natural) runes there are, she adds that many damage results to her rolls.
However many blue (stable) runes there are, she removes that many damage results from other units rolls against her.
And finally, she can surge to deal damage equal to her surges to all enemies at range 1 to the number of red(unstable) runes from her target.
Ty I was making it more difficult then it needed to be. I get it now.
I can't wait to get this hero!
Damage pool....regarding her defensive ability...is that the term used before or after threat multipliers? Her pathetic armor of 2 makes me think its before...as she would be rather easy to splat otherwise

It is before. This is clarified in the Latari army box news article.

This also means that Kari in melee with someone else can delete Maegan with four surges.
"Suffering damage" has no damage pool, so Protected won't affect it.
I'm not convinced that "damage pool" applies before dice. Where is that, exactly? I read this in the Latari Elves Army Expansion announcement: " Lethal keyword, which adds additional hits to the damage pool during attacks by that unit. Conversely, the new Protected keyword removes hits to the damage pool before damage is assigned." That doesn't seem to clear up whether it is before or after brutal.
To the contrary, the symbols on dice are "hits," not damage. Hits can be spent to deal damage equal to the threat of the attacker. So if there is a damage pool, it is empty until after the hits are spent. To me, that means she blocks damage and not hits. Which then makes me think that contrary to @Tvayumat 's comment about "suffering damage" having not damage pool, I think she actually could counter Kari's surge damage. Unfortunately, "damage pool" is never defined in the rules.

Well.... that
is
interesting, isn't it?
If thats true she is insanely squishy. She has 4hp but with a measly armor 2 she will melt so fast...
However, they did not spoil the dials. She might have a high risk high reward kind of dial, which lets her add damage like crazy OR beef up her defense, but not both.

I agree.
If protected only affects raw damage, not hits... It's not worth much IMO. Removing hit results from the roll is a lot more powerful.
The preview wording on her card may not be finalized.
I agree with @Budgernaut . Hits x Threat = Damage. The "pool" term is probably unnecessary.
