With all of the FAQ'ed cards constantly being changed, is there some sort of system in place to get replacement cards to the current versions? Or are we as players simply supposed to memorize every change?

Memorise the FAQ, or print it out or keep it handy on your phone.
The updated wording will make it in as reprints eventually, but your only immediate options are diy.
I'm using the small sticky dots from Office Max. Place one on the sleeve to indicate a change from what's written on the card. Use different colors to indicate different reasons. For example one color for explanations, another for nerfs, etc.. This way you know where to look for the upgraded info.
I'm assuming that once cards are reprinted, we don't get free upgrades?
No.
They might well start including the errata cards as alternate art in tournament kits, but they won't give them away/provide replacements.
where do we find the current FAQ on cards?

Sure you do, when you buy the reprinted product
They don't just mail them out to people however.

Sometimes. Some have been wrong in the past, so it's never wise to trust a squad builder app to be 100% accurate, 100% of the time.

As a developer of a squadbuilder, this is definitely true :P.

I developed my own using Excel so I can print the final list, but I still find the odd wrinkle from time to time. It's the nature of the beast I suppose.
