So the "big prize" alt-art is a Junk Droid with a fancy acrylic token to match, and the "participation" alt art is the Combat Suit?

I'm a little underwhelmed with the promos on this one, to be honest, especially for a Store Championship. The Q2 kit with The Champ and the Tuskens is a more attractive pairing of alts in my opinion. The acrylic terminals are fine if you don't have the old ones.

On a positive note, that looks like a fancy damage tracker, and the trophy plaque looks both nice and confusing at the same time.

Nice, with the colour graphic, but confusing because if someone saw that in your house they'd see the name and Star Wars but a couple of monsters on the artwork and wonder what the heck that was all about. Nothing evokes "Imperial Assault" more than a wampa about to have lunch?

It's actually Unshakable. It looks really nice up close and personal. Also, the Junk Droid Token is really thick and nice acrylic.

where are the Hidden, Bleeding and Weakened tokens to match the other two?

A: They are going to put those into seasonal kits for greater distribution

B: OP doesn't actually talk to the devs to figure out what people actually want and just makes whatever the heck they feel like.

I'll have to agree. This is a bit lackluster.

It just seems like we got the Focus and Stun real fast (i actually got mine at the same tourney I think) and then I haven't seen the others since)

I agree the seasonal kits should get them but when?

Where is the Tusken Raider card and Royal Guard Champ?

That's in the Q2 2017 kit along with hide tokens.

I actually kinda like the new acryllic token. As someone who isn't super into cardboard tokens, this is a lot more exciting to me than alternate art.

The terminal tokens are nice. I am not too sure about the junk droid cards and tokens... Because I also don't really like that list.

The plaque is so-so. It does not list that it was for the winner of a store championship, and it also doesn't really feature iconic IA art. The X wing plaque features a Tie Fighter, so the IA should have featured storm troopers or an AT-ST or something I think.

You say that now, but wait until a wampa swarm list wins Worlds :-)

I mean, it is kinda silly to have a Wampa and Tauntaun plaque when

a) Tauntauns aren't even in the game

and

b) Return to Hoth isn't even a recent expansion anymore

It technically does communicate it was for 2017 Store Championships, as indicated by that symbol on the bottom right.

All the alt art cards released since the end of last year now indicate what even it was attached to with symbols.

The quarterly kits use the rim of a square and colour in the different quadrants, with the year suffix in the middle. Worlds is a globe, etc.

Of course, if the plan is to show off all your baller trophies to "outsiders" in your home, they won't understand any of that, and if you can't brag to your outsider friends and family, what's the point?!

The store championship in my area looks to have about 0 participants. Q2 kit sounds promising though
