We will be having a store champ at Atomic comics, Yeovil, Somerset, UK. I'm just finalising the date with the store and armada club, Places will be very limited as its a small store.

I found out that the Highlander Games & Comics in Boonton, NJ is having their Store Championship at ToyCon on June 24th.

According to FFG OP, Shuffle and Cut games are hosting a Store Championship. They are, however, only hosting x-wing, Destiny, and the LCG.
The Realm Games and Comics, their sister store down the street, will be hosting the Armada and Imperial Assault Store Champs.
The date for Armada will be July 9th.

Cool deal. I know at the last RtP X-Wing OP someone said they saw a date for Armada store champs on FB but I couldn't find anything. Josh even said he hadn't heard that they had even gotten a kit in. I'm glad it's happening so soon, and so quick after the X-Wing championship. Here's hoping that That Computer Store has their event sooner rather than later too (I think they are shooting more for July or August though based on FB comments).

Is that the MianoVision place? I saw it on the FFG list but couldn't find anything online about it.

Yeah. That Computer Store in Irmo, the exit heading west past the Columbiana Mall exit at Harbison. The owner posted on Facebook (in maybe the Columbia X-Wing group?) saying that they got the name wrong, MianoVision is something to do with the business but not the store name. I stopped in there this past weekend for the first time to check it out ahead of Store Championships starting and it was a nice-looking place. People were coming in at that time to play Warhammer and several people were using the computer cafe. The guys behind the counter were really friendly and knowledgeable as well. They also had every X-Wing ship except the original Falcon in stock; I was shocked to see K-Wings sitting there.
If I lived in Columbia and not an hour away in Sumter, I'd definitely stop in often for games.

It's official, ... Ohio is the Armada capital of the world. Are they up to 10 store championships?? Seems like it.
