Now on to the facts of my wonderful experience that I didn't want to voice in his majesties presences. It's been growing over the past few weeks. After sweating and white-knuckling flying my Imperial Fighters for so long, I have to tell you that Flying two Jumps and Fenn with Mindlink is so very relaxing and fun! If you haven't tried this, ohhhhhhh man, you should. And I advise Boba Fett on one boat to anyone who hates TLTs. If you absolutely HATE TLTs, like most everyone, well, Boba is your man. He erases it. Now that 4 shooting Ghost is a simple big clunk that can only shoot twice and you can crack that melon while sitting back, rather than stressing and leaning over the table. Or, think of Miranda (as I did last night) with no TLT....she's OK. Heck, what am I saying, she's just basically a Punisher. Slam, sure, but no TLT? She's not much to stress over now. How about that mind bending overly irritating *** Biggs, well, target lock Plasmas go right over his stinking head, and bumping him with one Jumpmaster while Fenn angles his arc to get that range one on whatever mustache is protecting; BAMB! That is so very much fun. Biggs was my nemesis, my thorn. Not anymore.

Why anyone would fly anything else right now is sooooo beyond me. I hate Scum players for keeping this secret for so long....well, I thought they were keeping it from me. Maybe I was simply blinded by the idea that the Empire should have the coolest and best weapons. Well, they don't. At all. Hell, they're not even second-best, they are (sadly) bottom feeders right now. I had so much fun. Take the Scummy leap!

Yeah, maybe though the same thing. Around here, it isn't prevalent, Rebels are....so. Yeah.

I guess just having never been a single faction player I struggle to understand these things. I just fly what I like.

This is why I would love to see Boba in the Empire.

It's not thematic in the slightest. Vader may have consorted to hiring Scum, yes. However, Admiral Piett would never allow them to crew one of his ships, let alone a craft like the Phantom that represents the pinnacle of Imperial technology. Fett would be more likely to kill the pilot and steal the designs for the Hutt clans. Before you know it, MandalMotors will put it into mass production and every pirate clan in the galaxy will have access to cloaking starfighters. The shipping lanes would be impossible to patrol, and heaven forbid that the Rebellion manages to purchase some.

News flash: The Emperor is dead, has been dead for a few decades now. You now have Supreme Leader Snoke to blame for your lack of weapons. He spent all of the budget on Starkiller Base.

Anyways I'm wondering Boba fet and Gonk, would that be any good?

It's called "Rau Boats", and you will see at worlds, that many top tier players feel the same way. They're all clear tier 1 ships, and scum lists will be dominated by Rau and Jumpmasters next week. Wouldn't be surprised if over 50% of scum lists present have both or one or the other in their list.

I can see why. It's just far too much of an uphill battle for the Empire. I've hesitantly laid waste to my buddies best Imp lists that I use to find very, very tough when I flew the Imperial Gray all the time myself. It's simply relaxing in contrast. I've got maybe 22 games in, and beyond two of the first Rebel meta lists that beat me, I've run the last 14 without a loss and I hardly loose more than one ship ever. I played the classic Rey two days ago for the first time, and I had the mat to myself in 10 minutes.

.....even though I'm gaining experience, I still am amazed at its graceful (albeit un-Star Warzy) winning prowess even in my hands.

It also wrecks the more popular Rebels lists (Miranda /w TLT; Kanan/Biggs, Dash). It's **** near auto-win if you pull off the double torps + boba (which you usually can).

Very solid and strong stuff.
